At DTF Transfers Plug, we work hard to get your custom DTF transfers printed, packed, and delivered quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
🔹 Order Processing
All orders are custom printed in the order they are received.

Standard processing time: 1–2 business days

Large or bulk orders: May require 2–4 business days depending on volume
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has been printed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
🔹 Shipping Methods
We ship orders throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or holidays.
🔹 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions during select periods, which will be displayed on our website.
🔹 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. DTF Transfers Plug is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If you realize there’s an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at dtftransferplug@gmail.com before the order ships.
🔹 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and products.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and reprint your order if necessary.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly first, then notify us for support.
🔹 International Shipping
At this time, DTF Transfers Plug only ships within the United States. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
