Refund policy

At DTF Transfers Plug, every order is custom-printed to your specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been printed, unless there is a clear production error on our part.

We always aim to provide the best possible service, so please review the following details carefully before placing your order:


🔹 Non-Returnable Items

All custom DTF transfers, gang sheets, and printed products are final sale. We cannot refund or reprint for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect file upload or poor artwork quality (low resolution, blurry, or non-transparent backgrounds)

  • User error in sizing, cropping, or design placement

  • Heat press misuse (wrong temperature, time, or pressure)

  • Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences


🔹 Reprints or Refunds (If Applicable)

We will replace or refund your order only if:

  • The print is clearly defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The item received does not match your confirmed order
    To qualify for a reprint or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos showing the issue.


🔹 How to Request a Reprint

  1. Email us at dtftransferplug@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Attach clear photos of the defect or issue.

  3. Describe the problem briefly so we can review it quickly.

Our support team will verify your claim and respond within 1 business day with the next steps.


🔹 Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, we’ll reprint and resend your order at no additional cost.


🔹 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before printing begins. Once production starts, cancellation is no longer possible since materials are already used for your custom job.
